Zain Jordan announced the launch of its new Coaching Program, introduced as part of the company’s ongoing efforts to empower its employees and support their professional and personal growth within an inclusive, inspiring, and supportive work environment.

Designed to enable employees to identify solutions independently and take confident steps across various areas of their development, the program reflects Zain’s commitment to fostering a balanced and empowering workplace. It equips employees with the tools they need to achieve their career ambitions in line with evolving industry demands, while enhancing their skills and elevating their performance. This initiative stems from the company’s deep commitment to investing in its people, the cornerstone of its success, by helping them unlock their potential, develop their capabilities, and confidently advance in their career journey. The program also contributes to improving customer-facing services and reinforces Zain’s leadership in supporting the Kingdom’s digital and telecom infrastructure.

The program included two phases that focused on training and certifying a group of managers to become accredited coaches. As a result, a network of 22 certified coaches was formed, collectively delivering more than 2,200 hours of coaching and support to employees. Zain also introduced a dedicated digital platform that enables employees to book sessions and track their development journey with ease and convenience.

This program is a direct reflection of Zain’s culture of empowerment and continuous support, marking an important step toward strengthening a positive and inspiring workplace that values talent and provides the tools needed for growth and success. It also reaffirms the company’s position as an employer of choice in the Kingdom.
