The program is part of Zain Cash’s strategy to promote a cashless society and encourage the use of its diverse digital payment solutions with ease and security. By doing so, Zain Cash aims to expand financial inclusion and support the adoption of digital solutions across various aspects of daily life. CoinZat reflects Zain Cash’s vision of developing an integrated digital ecosystem that combines financial services, smart payment solutions, and rewards programs to drive broader adoption of digital payments.

CoinZat rewards customers using Zain Cash prepaid and credit cards through points (Coinz) that can be redeemed for vouchers at a wide network of merchants, in addition to exclusive offers and benefits. Customers earn Coinz when making payments in stores, at points of sale, online purchases, via Apple Pay, or using virtual cards. The Coinzcan then be exchanged for a variety of rewards directly through the app.

Zain Cash prepaid and credit card holders can join CoinZatprogram for free via Zain Cash app. By accessing the service and agreeing to the terms and conditions, users can immediately start earning Coinz and enjoying program benefits.

The program grants Coinz for transactions made locally and internationally, online or at participating retail points, as well as for Apple Pay and virtual card payments. Additional Coinz can be earned as welcome rewards, on special occasions, and by referring new users to Zain Cash platform and services.

CoinZat also offers a fast and flexible redemption experience. Customers can instantly use their Coinz within the app through QR codes at participating merchants, making it easier to benefit from rewards and enhancing the overall digital payment experience. Coinz are typically valid for up to 12 months, and any points earned from refunded purchases will be deducted.
